Only having girls, I am in contstant amazement/amusement at the motherhood stories from mom's of boys! I couldn't help but laugh and smile when I saw these two pictures in my inbox from momtographer Diana Colleran. Clearly these brothers love each other to the ends of the earth, but I had to wonder how many times a day they go from head locks to snuggles?! :)

Unlike most Monday mornings that are full of angst and anxiety about all that is to come for the week, today is a special Monday, Valentine's Day! I hope your morning is full of joy and anticipation for the sweet treats that will fill your day! Yes, Momtographers it's Monday once again. I'm a little slow this morning, and not quite ready to face the week ahead, but here we are. I sure wish I could zap some of the energy this little munchkin is exuding! A big thank you to Momtographer Trisha Madrid for sharing Amanda with us this morning. Today's Munckin holds a special place in my heart. He is an amazing little man with a equally amzing mama! I feel lucky to have watched this family along their journey from conception to pregnancy to parenthood. Everytime a see new pictures posted in my facebook timeline I get to smile, so I wanted to share that with you.  Meet Beckett. :)

Ahhhh how amazing it is, when all the fantasies you have about what it will be like to have two kids who are best friends, actually materialize into a rare harmonious moment. They come with long periods of bickering in between, and are usually gone in a flash. But while they are happening, they are heartwarming and perfect. And most certainly worth capturing as evidence that they really do love each other, really, I swear! :)

A huge thank you to Momtogapher Melissa Knowles, for sharing one her perfect sibling moments with us this frigid Monday morning! These kids are as beautful as the moment their mama captured! I love it.

It was just one year ago that my good friend and co-founder of this site Adrienne and I hit "publish" on our very first blog posts. Full of hope and enthusiasm and a little trepidation. We had no expectations, only dreams for where this burgeoning community would take us.

To be here, one year later with a thriving community of unbelievable people all over the world is humbling. There are not words to describe the gratitude that we feel towards each and everyone of you. Every blog comment, facebook post, and message board thread confirms what we believed to be true when we set out on this journey, which is that there is a community of moms (and dads) out there who want to tell their story. Who want to share that story, and who want to help their fellow moms do the same. You are cheerleaders, and inspirations to one another, and I am proud to be a part of it all.

I asked you to send me your personal best images for 2010, and they came pouring in! It was special for me, because I have watched most of your grow from your first post and the progress is jaw dropping. So here's to you Momtographers! Thank You, for making this community a place that I am proud to call home.
