Every now and then you see an image of your child that really reveals something. When I pulled this image up on my screen to edit it, my husband looked over and said, "WOW, she looks like she's seven". She's not, she's four (five in 3 weeks). But, he was right. I'm so busy snuggling her, and protecting her and loving her, that I rarely step back and look at her. She is still just my baby, the same one I brought home from the hospital what feels like just yesterday. But seeing her in this image I was reminded that indeed my "baby" is growing up, she is shedding her munchkin little by little for the skin of a big girl. I love her and I love being able to see her!
